It started with

A good bowl can bring vegetables, protein, herbs and spices together in one warm, satisfying meal. We wanted soup with substance: thick, hearty and full of flavour, familiar enough to comfort and varied enough to enjoy often.

We start with real ingredients and build flavour patiently. Our chicken stock is slowly simmered with real chicken and vegetables, then paired with herbs and spices inspired by the food cultures we love.
